This Consent Notice explains what you are consenting to when you submit your information through forms on the IVF India Guide platform, and how your consent is used.
What You Consent To
When you submit a consultation request or enquiry form on our platform and check the consent box, you are consenting to the following:
- Being contacted: You consent to being contacted by our team via phone, WhatsApp, email, or SMS regarding fertility guidance and consultation support.
- Information sharing with partner clinics: You understand and consent that your information (name, contact details, and consultation-related details) may be shared with relevant partner fertility centres for the purpose of facilitating a consultation.
- Follow-up communication: You consent to receiving follow-up communications from our team and/or partner clinics related to your consultation request.
What You Are NOT Consenting To
- Marketing communications unrelated to your consultation request
- Sharing your information with third parties for unrelated purposes
- Any medical treatment — consent for treatment is obtained separately by your healthcare provider
Voluntary Consent
Your consent is entirely voluntary. You are not required to submit your information through our forms, and you may choose not to. However, without your consent, we will be unable to facilitate a consultation on your behalf.
Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at hello@ivfindiaguide.com or by informing our patient guidance team directly. Upon withdrawal, we will stop processing your information for the consented purposes, though information already shared with partner clinics prior to withdrawal may still be retained by them per their own privacy practices.
Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously. Personal information collected with your consent is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data.

The consent text presented on our forms states:
“I consent to being contacted regarding fertility guidance and consultation support, and understand my information may be shared with relevant partner clinics for consultation purposes.”
